The review aimed to address three key questions: 1. What are the effects of both targeted programs and universal policies for early childhood education and care on individual participants and on broader societal well-being? 2. Under what conditions do early childhood education and care constitute a worthwhile public investment? 3. Is public investment in early childhood education and care more efficient than public investment in education or training at later life stages

The objective of the study to was estimate the relationship between achievements in Arab high school education and outcome measures in higher education.

This study was conducted at the request of the Authority for the Economic Development of the Minority Sector in the Ministry for Social Equality and the Advancement of Women. Its goal was to develop a list of indicators for measuring the economic resilience of the 58 Arab local authorities included in Government Resolution No. 550 and to rank these authorities based on the indicators.

The Ministry of Finance has commissioned the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute to conduct a study designed to: 1. Identify the activity areas of local authorities to be measured using performance indicators 2. Suggest performance indicators for local authorities that can adequately express the quantity and quality of their performance on a variety of activity areas 3. Demonstrate the practical utility of the performance indicators by characterizing the leading local authorities. 4. To compare between the local authority and other authorities in its reference group, thus providing a more accurate estimate of its relative performance.

The Objectives of the research were: 1. Map the major problems of high-school education in Bedouin society in the Negev, and the barriers and challenges facing both students and educators. 2. Assess the relationships between the inputs in education and the students’ background variables and the outputs of Bedouin secondary education in the Negev, to identify factors potentially affecting academic attainment.

The COVID-19 pandemic caused multiple changes in both the labor market and in unemployment benefits policies. These changes may have long-term effects on the job market as well as on jobseekers’ needs. In order to understand these changes, the report reviews the international experience in the unemployment benefit area during the pandemic.

The objective of the research was to examine the implementation of Amendment 18 to the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law and the contribution of durable POAs to the older adults and to people with cognitive decline.

The study was designed to characterize the pension system in Israel, discuss its advantages and disadvantages, and propose policy tools that would improve the services offered in response to the needs of the elderly while taking into account the budget limitations within which the pension system operates.
